About the Africa Commission:
In 2008 Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen launched the Africa Commission. The Africa Commission will primarily focus on the challenges facing Africa in regard to Youth and Employment. Africa has the highest population growth in the world, almost half the population is 25 years or younger. This represents a particular opportunity as well as a great challenge when trying to ensure a prosperous and meaningful future for all. Within the overall framework, the Commission will also focus on women's role in development, climate change, economic growth and education. The Commission values your input and this is your unique opportunity to make your concrete suggestions.
