With many areas of need, which investments should come ahead of others? Should we focus on building infrastructure and agricultural productivity? Or is improving education access and rights for women a higher concern?
There can be as many different answers as there are Haitians around the world. But a major new research and advocacy project aims to bring new knowledge and data to this important discussion."
